It’s important that we are diligent with everything in our hand… including rest.     

It’s easy to be so caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we ignore the fact that we are just as much designed to relax as we are to work. When we run without taking a break, we are unable to run with endurance and at maximum capacity.

Don’t wear yourself out to try to make your own dreams happen. Take the time to breathe. After Jesus would minister, the Bible shows us that often He would go off to be by Himself. Do you want to know why?

He set the pattern for how we are to live our lives. Work hard—do everything in your hand with all your might. But also… take the time to rest. You earned it. And as you rest in God, watch your strength broaden, your mindset refresh, and the life in your lungs renew.
